Online Returns Policy
We understand that from time to time you may be unhappy with your online purchase and wish to return for credit or replacement. You will have 14 days from receipt of goods to return products to us by following our returns process. Please note all products must be returned in its original condition and packaging along with proof of purchase and authoristion code. Once your return is received we will confirm exhange or refund.
Returns Process
Step 1 - Contact Us for Return Authorisation Code
Before you return your item please contact our customer services team to get an Authorisation Code. You will need to include your A1 Motorcycles order number, name, address and contact email address along with reason for return and any supporting images if request is due to receipt of a damaged product.
Step 2 - Pack and Send
Pack your products securely in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Authorisation Code. Please include your order number and authorisation code in the packaging and also clearly write your Authorisation Code on the outside of the packaging so we can easily identify your return.
Step 3 - Get Your Refund or Replacement
Once we have received and checked your item is in good condition, we will then issue your refund or send replacement.
